Local pickup option is available from Punchbowl 2196 (Sydney Australia) after you receive your order fulfilment email. Pick up is not available immediately when you place an order.
Cut off date for orders is Saturday 5pm each week, and will be ready for collection on Monday between 5-10pm
Once you have placed your order, you will not need to do anything until your order is ready. A confirmation text with pickup details and address will be sent to the mobile number on file.
Orders must be collected within 7 days of order fulfilment, unless otherwise discussed with Swirled Henna. Orders outside of this timeframe are subject to order cancellation without refund.

For all henna cone packages, express shipping around Australia is a $12 flat rate with Australia Post.
Orders over 500g in weight are $15 with Australia Post
A tracking number will be provided for all orders.
Orders are shipped every Monday/Tuesday only. Place your order by 5:00pm Friday to be included in the next batch of shipping (excludes bulk orders)

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

After placing an order, you may cancel your order if Swirled Henna hasn’t started preparing your order. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after it has been dispatched.
We cannot guarantee cancellations, so please make sure you order carefully.

You are able to refund orders within 7 days of receiving your order within eligibility terms below.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you’ve received it. It must be in the original packaging.
The following items are cannot be returned or refunded as they are perishable goods:
Fresh Henna Cones
Fresh Henna Paste
Jagua Gel Cones
Jagua Paste
Jagua Gel Bottles
Jagua Juice
Eucalyptus Oil
To complete your return, you must show proof of purchase and contact the team at swirledhenna@gmail.com with your request.
If refunds are applicable, you must ship back the order at your own cost, or organise drop-off back to Punchbowl 2196. Once items are received, we will notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund. If accepted, the money will be refunded back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-15 business days for this money to arrive.
Unfortunately we do not allow refunds on any SALE or CLEARANCE items.
We do not offer refunds in the case Australia Post is delayed with shipping time. Please choose pickup option if possible.
Refunds will not be provided if the correct storage and aftercare isn’t followed.

We are able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must send photos to swirledhenna@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. This is decided by a case by case nature.
We are also able to provide a credit to use on your next order instead.
